Collection: Perennial Vegetables
Perennial vegetables are varieties that will live for at least three years. Plant them only once and harvest for years to come! Some varieties such as Caucasian Spinach can live for over 50 years. Imagine seeding spinach once, then harvesting it every spring for your whole life, or passing them onto your grandchildren.
Be sure to check the hardiness zone rating for each variety to get an idea of whether it will survive winters in your region. This can be found under the snowflake icon on each product's page. To find out your hardiness zone and shop for perennials that are likely to survive, check out our page called Information on Hardiness Zones.
