Collection: Sansai & Sanchae (Japanese & Korean Mountain Vegetables)

There is a strong appreciation and food culture surrounding mountain vegetables in Japan and Korea. Traditionally, many of these plants were wild harvested in the mountains in spring, but nowadays many are farmed due to their popularity. These plants and the dishes they are used to create help to celebrate the spring. We think that tradition is wonderful!
