Join Cicada Seeds, Denman Island Heritage Apples, and Bramblewood Nursery for a farm tour and plant sale at Cicada Seeds! There will be an excellent selection of fruit and nut trees, perennial vegetable plants and seeds, and more. If you're interested in veggie gardening, permaculture, orchards, no-till farming, seeds, interesting plants, or just want to hang out on a beautiful farm, you won't want to miss this!
All three vendors are very knowledgeable about their varieties, planting, maintenance, etc., so bring your questions.
This is the first time Cicada Seeds is opening their farm to the public, so come say hi and see how they are setting up their no-till perennial vegetable seed farm! We will be running two 30 minute tours at 11am and 1pm, with time for shopping in between. Please wear sturdy footwear for the tours.
This is a working farm- please do not bring dogs or other pets.
